Terms & Conditions

1.1. By booking a session or attending therapy, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1.2. Tantric Touch Oslo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2.1. Appointment Scheduling: All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, phone, or email. Tantric Touch Oslo reserves the right to accept, decline, or reschedule appointments at its sole discretion.

2.2. Arrival Time: Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time, while full payment for the session will still apply.

2.3. Cancellation: A minimum of 4 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

3.1. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other health concerns prior to receiving treatment.

3.2. Our services are strictly therapeutic and holistic. Any inappropriate or sexual behavior towards staff will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and authorities may be contacted if necessary.

3.3. Tantric Touch Oslo is not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or improper use of the facilities.

3.4. For hygiene purposes, clients are expected to shower before their session.

4.1. Our services are only available to individuals aged 18 years and above.

5.1. Clients are expected to maintain respect for therapists and staff at all times.

5.2. Any harassment, aggressive behavior, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund and may lead to legal action.

6.1. Tantric Touch Oslo complies with all applicable data protection regulations. Your personal data will only be used for booking and service-related purposes.

6.2. All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

6.3. Clients must also respect the confidentiality of any information about other clients or staff.

7.1. All services are provided by trained therapists on an independent basis and are offered without guarantees, express or implied.

8.1. Tantric Touch Oslo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the use of our services, facilities, or treatments, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

8.2. Our liability is limited to the value of the session or treatment booked.

9.1. All content, materials, and branding associated with Tantric Touch Oslo, including our website, are the exclusive property of Tantric Touch Oslo and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11.1. Soliciting sexual services or engaging in inappropriate behavior is strictly forbidden. Such behavior will result in immediate expulsion, forfeiture of any payments made, and may be reported to the authorities.

12.1. Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Tantric Touch Oslo is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

13.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be resolved under Norwegian jurisdiction.

14.1. Tantric massage is a holistic therapy that does not replace medical treatment. If you are experiencing physical or mental health issues, please consult a healthcare professional.

15.1. These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and other official documents, represent the entire agreement between you and Tantric Touch Oslo.
